Q&A

Q: What made you write and publish this book?

A: To help and encourage readers towards a fresh start to their overall wellbeing through an understanding of how their body works, and manageable changes in their diet, lifestyle and mindset.

Q: What are the benefits your readers will enjoy once they have finished the book?

A: Readers will know how to change their attitude, pick themselves up when they feel down, and to achieve better health, self-esteem and a sustained sense of wellbeing.

Q: Is there another person who is on the same market and has publish a similar book?

A: My book is a holistic wellness programme. There are many books in the market on health and wellbeing, but I am not aware of others offering step by step guidance through the challenges of day-to-day living, which can easily knock people off balance and affect their quality of life.

Further, I use uncomplicated language and a presentation that is easy to understand, follow and digest, engaging readers in practical, constructive information, real-life experiences and personal anecdotes which will resonate with them.

Sharing my own experiences of health issues, and those of my family, friends and clients, strengthens the concept that holistic balance is achievable, and helps readers to feel supported and confident to become more proactive in improving their wellbeing.

I am not aware of other books offering this approach.

Q: What does your family and friends say about this new book?

A: They find the book well-written, easy to understand, and full of practical, common-sense advice. They are also fascinated about learning how their body works and they say that this helps to reinforce enthusiasm and motivation for the wellness programme that it offers.
