There are many books in the market on health and wellbeing, but I am not aware of others offering step by step guidance through the challenges of day-to-day living, which can easily knock people off balance and affect their quality of life. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Further, I use uncomplicated language and a presentation that is easy to understand, follow and digest, engaging readers in practical, constructive information, real-life experiences and personal anecdotes which will resonate with them. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sharing my own experiences of health issues, and those of my family, friends and clients, strengthens the concept that holistic balance is achievable, and helps readers to feel supported and confident to become more proactive in improving their wellbeing. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I am not aware of other books offering this approach.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Q: What does your family and friends say about this new book?<\/p>\n<p><strong>A: They find the book well-written, easy to understand, and full of practical, common-sense advice.
